Aerobic Kickboxing:
An exercise and fitness program designed for Men and Women of all ages that promotes physical and emotional health.
The techniques used during the classes include some conventional heavy bag & wave master training, along with focus mitt pads. Aerobic Kickboxing also incorporates kickboxing and cardio vascular movement to music which is beneficial to its participants.
