TINY TIGER KARATE:

This program was developed to better suite younger children. Classes involve interactive learning though physical play and games which develops coordination timing and balance within a fun environment.
Benefits include Self-Confidence, Improved Grades, Self-Discipline, Sportsmanship, Fitness, Respect for themselves and others and Self Defense skills.
Sensei Rick Henderson is a presenter of self defense for the youth with special needs, and their parents.
